| haha well a civil right is open to all like freedom of speech and so on and a civil liberty is just ur rights like privacy. |

| People focus so much on rights nowadays. I believe there should be more emphasis also on civil responsibilities. A focus on rights has led to a me-centred society where I insist on my rights and the things to which I am entitled. If people took more interest in civil responsibilities then people might look out for each other a little more. |
